Narara Superboard 2 continues the modern retelling of Journey to the West, one of China's four great classics. Sonogong, punished for wreaking havoc in Heaven, spends 500 years trapped inside an enormous mass of iron until Samjang Bupsa frees him. Samjang is an old priest on a mission to wipe out evil and bring peace to the land, and Sonogong becomes his disciple. Along the way he meets Saojung, who looks enviously at Sonogong's Superboard, and Jopalgye, a brutish pig who sells oil. After a series of twists and turns, both of them join Samjang's journey. Everywhere they travel, the group faces overwhelming enemies and lands in trouble, yet they refuse to give up and keep finding clever ways to beat the monsters. The series mixes action and adventure across 13 episodes.
