Noriko and Kazumi explaining relativity while deformed and yelling is funnier than it has any right to be. This is what happens when a series loves its own premise so much it can't help but explain why the premise actually works.

Two short bonus specials extend the Science Lesson segments of the Gunbuster franchise, and they were included as extras in an LD-BOX release. The pair is made up of Chapter 4+1 and a Final Chapter. They follow the earlier Aim for the Top! Gunbuster Science Lesson shorts, in which super deformed versions of Noriko, Kazumi and the Coach explained the scientific ideas behind the story. Expect light comedy with a science fiction angle.
