Ninja Kamui continues with a third TV season, mixing action, adventure, drama and sci-fi. In the earlier entry, Joe, a runaway ninja who had fled his clan to live quietly with his family in rural America, is hunted down by killers from his old organization as punishment for breaking its code. Surviving what looked like his death, he takes back his former identity as Kamui to avenge his family and friends. He sets old ninja skills against advanced weaponry and fights assassins, combat cyborgs and rival ninjas in his bid to destroy the clan that trained him.
