Four years after the war between the Ninku and the Imperial Army ended, three surviving Ninku, Fuusuke, Touji and Aichou, travel to Sky Plains Village. They carry a knife left by their fallen comrade Eiji, meant as a keepsake for his younger sister Makoto. The port town looks deserted and its remaining people are hiding. At a restaurant they find Makoto, disguised as a boy, and her friend Sakichi, who tell them the Rasenryu pirates have taken over, looting the village and seizing residents as prisoners. The Ninku set out to drive the pirates off and bring peace back. This action, adventure and comedy special was screened in 1994, ahead of the Ninku TV series.
