Japan collapses, and the show watches a man build a nation from nothing but talk and strategy. No superpowers, no chosen one blood, no magic sword, just someone who understands people well enough to reshape the world. By the time you realize he's not winning through force, you've already stopped asking if he'll succeed and started wondering what he'll become.

Japan fractures. A nuclear catastrophe, natural disasters and misrule hollow out the state, leaving three rival nations to fight for dominance over the archipelago. Aoteru Misumi watches his homeland tear itself apart. Once an agricultural officer, he now carries a different kind of burden: a vow to make Japan whole again. Armed with nothing but his knowledge and persuasive words, Misumi begins his climb through the ranks. On the way he meets Yoshitsune Asama, a gifted swordsman who shares his dream. Watch the rise of the man later remembered as a brilliant strategist.
