Two guys stuck in hospital beds with nothing but time and a nurse who's way too patient with their nonsense. The comedy lives in that specific friction, boredom makes them feral, and she's too kind to actually shut them down. It's a gag OVA that understands the real joke is just two idiots discovering that messing with someone is more fun than actually recovering.

Yamashita and Negishi land in the hospital with broken legs and arms, right in the middle of summer vacation. Stuck in bed with nothing to do, the two grow bored quickly. To pass the time, they turn their attention to Miyuki, a cute nurse, and start picking on her.
