Studio Bind animates every frame like they're proving something, and the comedy actually escalates from shock value into character dynamics that make you care about this idiot learning to live as a woman. The premise is deliberately ridiculous, but the show uses that ridiculousness to ask something real: what happens to someone's entire identity when everything physical changes overnight? By episode six the fanservice stops mattering because Mahiro's panic and Mihari's genuine attempts to help him feel lived-in enough that you're watching a brother and sister figure out how to exist together in a body-swap hell, and that's worth the premise's initial sting.

Mahiro Oyama is a shut-in who has not left home in years, spending his days in his room playing erotic games. One morning he wakes up as a girl. His gifted little sister Mihari, worried about his lifestyle, has tested a new medicine on him as the first step of a plan to get him back to a normal life. Mahiro is horrified by the result and wants nothing more than to return to his gaming routine, while Mihari is just as set on studying him.
