Ichika's overwhelming affection is presented without apology, and the show knows exactly how absurd it is. Three minutes is the perfect length to land a joke and vanish before the premise wears thin. The art style stays weird and colorful enough that even repetitive setups feel fresh, and by the time you realize there's no plot, you've already finished the entire series.

When his father remarries, 13-year-old Tomoya Mizuhara suddenly gains a big sister: 17-year-old Ichika. His new stepsister is a bit odd, and she decides she is completely in love with him, showering him with affection so intense it becomes ridiculous and even a little frightening. Ichika's friends add to the trouble. Ruri is a thorough sadist, and Marina is a busty girl who is one quarter Japanese.
