A manga artist surrounded by three deliberately perfect guys discovers the joke before you do: none of them are real, and that's exactly the point. Nonoha watches her own shoujo fantasy materialize around her and can't decide if she's living it or writing it. The show knows the difference between falling for an ideal and actually wanting someone to fall for you.

Nonoha Nonohara is a young manga artist who has just started at a new school, where she soon finds herself surrounded by three boys described as super-cute. The romance OVA adapts Chitose Yagami's shoujo manga Ore-sama Kingdom, and its 14 episodes were released on bonus DVDs packaged with issues of the shoujo magazine Ciao, then later streamed on the magazine's YouTube channel.
