Sorawo and Toriko walk into impossible places, a hallway that loops forever, a convenience store where the products whisper, and treat them like a job, like tourists, like maybe they can survive by understanding the rules. The Otherside isn't trying to be scary in the way horror usually works; it's lonely in a way that makes you understand why Toriko keeps going back. Sorawo stumbles into another dimension on the brink of death, only to be saved by Toriko, a mysterious woman already exploring it. The Otherside exists alongside our own world, reached through hidden portals, and it is beautiful and terrifying in equal measure. It teems with creatures from real ghost stories that were once thought imaginary. When Sorawo, a worn-out university student, joins Toriko in searching for her missing friend Satsuki, the two travel back and forth between worlds, gathering information and hoping to earn some money along the way. As the Otherside begins to change their bodies, every discovery could bring enlightenment or drive them mad. The result is a supernatural horror mystery built around a growing friendship.
