Long ago, science and magic existed together in the human world, until God grew fearful of humanity's limitless potential and split it in two, sealing a world of magic apart from a world of science. Souta Suzukaze seems like a normal boy, except that his body holds the Key able to break that Seal. The evil witch Cendrillon wants this power and tries to seize it. To stop her, Akazukin and Val, a silver wolf, come over from the magic world. Their arrival opens an eventful new chapter for Souta and the girls from the fairy lands. This single-episode adventure OVA was later reworked into a children's TV series.
