Seven short cartoons from Otogi Pro are gathered into a single theatrical feature, presented as the studio's trip around the world. Linking the shorts are framing scenes of three travelers, an old man, a young man and a boy, who ride a train across the globe and show these cartoons along the way. The result is an anthology adventure film from 1962 built out of the studio's own animated work.
