Hisoka grows up as an orphan under the care of Yukitaka, head of the global Jinsei Corporation, with help from Yukitaka's trusted aide Daisuke. Hisoka was taken in for one reason: to support Yukitaka's daughter Orihime, the heir to the company, both openly and behind the scenes. So when Yukitaka asks him to attend her school and guard her in secret, he agrees at once. The catch is that Orihime studies at Saint Ceral Girls' Academy, an elegant school that does not admit boys.
