Buu-chan is timid but has a gentle, good heart, and he lives with a rather odd family. Across three short episodes, their days turn into a mix of slapstick mishaps and warm, touching moments. The comedy fantasy special was made as a promotional short for Yabaton, a tonkatsu chain from the Nagoya area. The chain is known for misokatsu, a pork cutlet served with miso sauce, and its main shop sits in Nagoya's Osu Shopping District.
