A panda piloting a giant robot fights other animals in robot suits, and the show treats this with complete sincerity. The comedy lands because nobody's winking at the camera about how ridiculous the premise is. You're watching something that committed to its own dumb idea that it loops back around to actually working.

Pan Taron and his giant robot, Panda-Z, find themselves in one mishap after another as they fight the wicked Skull Panda and his Warunimal forces. Told in short episodes, this comedic mecha action show is a parody of Mazinger Z. It is also a silent anime: there is no spoken dialogue at all, and the story plays out through background music, sound effects and on-screen text.
