Reiji, a Japanese high school student on a solo trip to the United States, also goes by the name Zwei. He stumbles onto a brutal killing carried out by Inferno's top assassin, a girl close to his own age whom the criminal world calls Phantom. He escapes her shot but is soon seized by the shadowy organization and brainwashed, losing all recollection of who he used to be. He is spared on one condition: he must train as an assassin beside the girl, Ein. Trapped in this murky world, he has to find a way to break free and win back the life that was taken from him. The three-episode OVA is a tense mix of action, drama and thriller.
