Pikotaro voices every character in these three-minute bedtime stories, and the comedy lives entirely in his ability to shift between a dozen personalities in the span of one joke. He rewrites fairy tales on the fly, turning them into absurdist fever dreams where the punchline is always his own voice doing something unexpected. If you know who Pikotaro is, you already know this will work on you.

Pikotaro stops by to tuck in the stars of classic fairy tales, but his bedtime stories take wildly unexpected turns. Each three-minute episode finds him visiting a different storybook character, ready to lull them to sleep with tales that spin off in bizarre, hilarious directions. The catch: he voices every character himself, shifting between personas with absurd energy as the narratives veer from the source material into pure comedic chaos. What starts as a simple premise becomes a showcase for rapid-fire improvisation and silly voices. There's no sweeping plot here, just Pikotaro's infectious energy colliding with beloved stories in ways that make no sense and somehow work perfectly. The tone stays light and playful throughout, treating classic narratives as launching pads for random gags rather than faithful retellings. This lands best with viewers who appreciate sketch comedy and character work. If you love performers who fully commit to bit-crazy energy and enjoy when comedy prioritizes laughs over coherence, these bite-sized episodes deliver. It's comfort-food humor wrapped in storybook packaging.
