SYNOPSIS
Ash Ketchum has outgrown his old goals. Rather than chasing gym badges in a single region, he now dreams of understanding Pokémon across the entire world. When he arrives at the newly opened Sakuragi Institute with Pikachu, he discovers he's not alone in his ambition. Gou, a fellow researcher with an obsessive drive to capture every Pokémon species ever documented, becomes his unexpected partner. Professor Sakuragi recruits both boys as official research fellows, unlocking access to cutting-edge facilities and the freedom to travel beyond traditional training routes. What unfolds is a fundamentally different kind of journey.
