In late nineteenth century London, Team White Pigeon, a group of Commonwealth spies, takes on a new job: freeing an antique bookstore owner locked up in a Kingdom prison and delivering the owner to the Commonwealth. Ange, Dorothy and Chise pull off the rescue. A failed attempt on the queen's life has made the Kingdom's hunt for spies more intense, and every agent's loyalty is now in question.
