Ryoichi Kyogoku arrives at a Kamakura junior high school as a charming transfer student with an extraordinary gift: telepathy. His father sends him with a mission, ordering him to take over the school by reading the minds of the people around him. Using his good looks and charisma, Kyogoku quickly wins popularity and quietly steers his followers, sidelining anyone who stands in his way. For Kenji Seki, life had been simple: walking his dog on the beach hoping to see his classmate Kahori surf, heading to school with his childhood friend Natsuki, and working up the nerve to confess. Then Kahori starts to show feelings for the newcomer, and Natsuki turns distant. With the school almost entirely under Kyogoku's sway, Seki is the one student who seems unaffected, and he may be the only one able to free everyone from the mind control. The film blends romance with science fiction.
