A fallen prince, his maid, and a philosopher hide in a cabin in the foothills after their kingdom falls to invasion. Van, heir to the now-vanished Revbahaf Kingdom, is on the run from enemies with his handmaiden Kona and his tutor Sian, and the three are taken in by Aaron, who gives them food at the cabin. In return they pitch in with Aaron's chores, and rather than scheming to get back at the neighboring country that invaded them, the former royals learn to live a calm, modest life. Together they set out to rebuild Revbahaf. The series mixes comedy and drama across 26 episodes.
