In 2016, an unexpected accident leaves Takao in critical condition. While he lies in a coma, Atom appears to him and offers to show him the future. In 2028, his hometown of Sagami has become a robot town full of new technology, and Takao watches his wife and daughter go about their lives in a world where he is gone. The single-episode promotional drama was made with Tezuka Productions and Kanagawa's Industrial Labor Bureau to present a future of harmony between humans and robots.
