Lime, Cherry, and Bloodberry are back, and this time the show knows exactly what it is: a comedy about androids learning to feel things by living in proximity to chaos. Faust's three reformed marionettes move in, the dynamic explodes, and the maiden circuit, that's the whole premise, the actual mechanism of emotion, stops being theoretical and becomes a legitimate plot engine. Marine's arrival tilts everything sideways. This is the show running at full throttle, trading the weight of origin for the freedom of "what happens when you let five androids with newly installed hearts loose in one house."

Otaru once again has the marionettes Lime, Cherry and Bloodberry at his side, androids built in the likeness of women. They are joined by Tiger, Luchs and Panther, the partly reformed marionettes of Faust, who are sent to live with Otaru and his friends so they can learn more about being human. Then a seventh marionette named Marine appears, carrying a mysterious power. Every one of them has the special maiden circuit, which lets a marionette feel emotions. This six-episode OVA sequel mixes sci-fi action, comedy and romance.
