SYNOPSIS
The Gold Saints guard the Zodiac, twelve warriors sworn to protect Athena and maintain the balance between worlds. When Hades, god of the underworld, wages war on the living realm, he resurrects fallen Gold Saints to breach the Sanctuary and strike at Athena herself. The living Gold Saints refuse to believe their fallen comrades have turned against them, creating a fatal divide just as the Bronze Saints arrive to help defend their goddess. Seiya and his companions find themselves caught between two forces: the resurrected Gold Saints executing Hades' will with devastating power, and the living Gold Saints' reluctance to accept that their brothers have been corrupted.
