This is Saint Seiya at its most operatic: the cosmos itself becomes a weapon, and every punch between gods reshapes what divinity means. Lucifer isn't just another final boss waiting at the end of a tournament bracket. Three dead deities have to pool their spite to wake him, which means this isn't a comeback story, it's a resurrection of a grudge older than heaven itself. The movie trusts you know these characters already. It doesn't explain who these people are or why they matter. It just throws them into the kind of battle where losing means the extinction of an entire pantheon. Saint Seiya's real gift was always making you believe that a poor kid in a cloth armor could stand in the way of gods. Here, the cloth gets tested by something even the gods feared enough to chain down for eternity.

Lucifer wakes from an eternal slumber, roused by the spirits of Eris, Abel and Poseidon. He sets out to kill Athena and become the strongest of all the gods, and with his fallen angels at his side he threatens to destroy the world.
