Noboru, Akira and Haruo are three boys who inherit the flag of Moonlight, a runaway gang with a local reputation in Saitama. The story follows their turbulent everyday lives once that banner passes into their hands. Adapted from Hotta Akio's manga Flag!, which ran in Young King between 1992 and 1995, the single-episode 1994 OVA is a drama with a slice-of-life focus.
