The comedy doesn't build toward a punchline, it ambushes you mid-sentence, doubles back on itself, and hits you with a callback you forgot was loaded. Every character exists to derail conversations into places they had no business going, and the timing never gets tired because the show treats its own premise like a dare it keeps accepting. If you've made it this far with these four, you're not looking for the plot, you're here for the next joke, and this movie knows exactly what you came for.

The student council returns for another round of chaos, this time on the big screen. Set after the second season of the Seitokai Yakuindomo anime, the film puts the officers right back into their familiar mess of double meanings and overactive teenage hormones. Adapted from Ujiie Tozen's manga, it is a comedy and slice of life film that keeps the irreverent, suggestive humor the series is known for. Apart from an opening skit about the Ousai Academy student council rules, its first 26 minutes match the seventh episode of the franchise's OAD release. If you've stuck with the series this far, you already know what you're getting.
