The Yamata Empire builds the Naaga Generator, a massive technological reactor meant to wipe out all of the galaxy's negative karma. Negative karma cannot simply be destroyed, however. It has to be atoned for. Destroying it risks birthing the nine-headed Naaga, an entity that could ruin the world or even the whole universe. The leader of the Fuze Clan, a powerful order of mystic Buddhists, sets out to stop the plan, and the clan summons Susano, the Shinto Warrior God of Destruction, to help prevent the Naaga's creation. Arrogant, powerful and homicidal, Susano faces opposition from the empire and from Seska, the clan leader's bratty sorceress daughter, who is possessed by the power of negative karma and a potent magic formula. The special mixes action, adventure, comedy, fantasy and science fiction.
