SYNOPSIS
Masaomi's visit to the mountain village of Hoori takes a disastrous turn when he accidentally shatters the legendary Murasamemaru, a katana that's been embedded in stone for centuries. The break carries consequences far beyond a simple apology. As punishment, he's forced into an engagement with Yoshino, the shrine maiden who guards the sacred blade, binding him to this isolated village that seems frozen in time. What starts as reluctant cohabitation becomes something stranger and more complicated. Yoshino isn't quite what she appears, and the village itself harbors secrets that unravel slowly as Masaomi settles into his new life.
