Yangyao is a celebrated exorcist who rids people of spirits that disrupt ordinary human life, and his method relies on painting. Rich and prominent clients seek him out to remove troublesome spirits. He can usually manage the work by himself, but certain hard cases require help from his friend Yanan, a winemaker. When Yangyao senses something wrong in his town, he turns his knowledge and skill toward exposing people who deceive others. The eleven-episode ONA mixes adventure, fantasy and supernatural elements.
