Taneko is a cat who grants people's wishes and brings them happiness. Her name joins the Japanese words for seed and cat. Released in 2011 as a short-form TV comedy, the series builds its gags around her happiness deliveries, told in brief episodes. Viewers who like short, lighthearted comedies centered on a single charming character may find it worth a look.
