A college student keeps running into the supernatural, one spiritual encounter after another, and the cause is an upperclassman from his college club. That senior is spiritually sensitive, and he is the "shishou," or master, the title refers to. The TV series adapts a set of original novels, and its story is built around the strange experiences the protagonist has through this connection.
