Akari Kido is a Tokyo Metropolitan Police officer taking part in an international exchange training program in New York. She is directing traffic in a city glowing with Christmas lights when a witch-like figure pulls a prank called "Christmas Party." A runaway trailer truck then hurtles toward Akari. Moments before it reaches her, a mysterious girl appears out of nowhere and declares that she will protect both New York and Akari. The single-episode ONA mixes action and fantasy against a holiday backdrop.
