A cyborg woman infected with a virus becomes the battlefield. Diatron 5 shrinks to microscopic size and pilots inside her body to fight the bacteria. This is Fantastic Voyage reimagined as a mecha action film, where the hero's body is the war zone and the only way to save her is to go smaller, deeper, weirder. Two kids and a sentient battle station called the "Star Wars" shouldn't work as a support crew, but they do. The whole film operates on that specific 1985 logic where the premise is so committed to its own absurdity that you stop questioning whether it makes sense and just watch it happen.
