This is what happens when a studio decides to just make the show prettier and funnier for two hours instead of pretending it needs stakes. The animation during the action sequences moves like someone finally unlocked the frame budget, and the comedy timing stays tight enough that you're laughing at the family dynamic instead of waiting for the plot to catch up. Loid, Yor, and Anya don't learn anything or change anything, and that's exactly the point, you're here to watch them be impossibly charming while the world falls apart around them.

The Forger family's winter trip turns into an international incident when Loid's covert work collides with Anya's accidental meddling. Warned that he could be pulled off Operation Strix, Loid needs real progress, so he aims to help Anya win a Stella Star at an Eden Academy cooking contest by recreating the judge's favorite dessert, meremere. To taste the authentic version, the family travels to the Frigis region. Loid keeps up his cover as a devoted father while chasing his mission, and Anya, a telepath who secretly knows both her parents' hidden lives, ends up tangled in a sinister scheme to restart war between Ostania and Westalis. The film mixes action, adventure and comedy with the everyday warmth of a family built on secrets.
