In the near future, during a colony war, terrorists attack a space station. A girl named Megumi loses her parents in the assault and nearly dies herself, but a young boy saves her. Some years later, she enlists at the military academy run by her grandfather. There she meets a young man who closely resembles the boy who rescued her, and she wonders whether he could be the same person. Just as she is about to enter the school grounds, she notices a terrorist prowling nearby, though the intruder turns out to be part of a mock terrorist exercise staged by the academy. The two-episode OVA mixes action, romance and science fiction.
