Nobody expects a five-minute parody special to land harder than the actual show it's parodying. Stratos 4.1 takes the military sci-fi setup of its parent series and immediately deflates it with the kind of stupid-funny that only works when you know exactly what you're making fun of. It's the kind of thing that exists purely because the creators wanted to laugh at their own work.
