The student council cast returns for a short comedy special set on Valentine's Day. The heroines from the second season each face the uncomfortable task of handing a gift to the main character, Sugisaki Ken, and the episode draws its laughs from how each of them copes with the moment. The single OVA was packaged with a limited edition of the eighth spinoff novel in Aoi Sekina's Seitokai no Ichizon light novel series.
