Yukari Maki is a high school girl who values honesty and feels she shares nothing with her delinquent classmate, Yusuke Kusaka. Her refusal to let him slide by in school earns her a reputation as something like a chaperone, and it earns her his scorn. When a new rumor about Yusuke surfaces, she won't let it spread. She follows him home to talk it over and sees him stop at a music studio. There she discovers a side of him she never pictured. The show is a romance with a strong musical focus.
