A guy who wants a normal life gets a fiancée whose entire personality is "solve problems by hitting things harder." The show knows exactly how funny this collision is, and it never wastes it. By the time you realize you actually care about these two idiots making it work, the comedy has already done the heavy lifting, and the final arc proves it earned every laugh it got.
Koushi Inuzuka has one dream: become a prosecutor and live a normal life away from his martial arts obsessed family. Unfortunately, his father made a blood pact years ago that would bind Koushi to the daughter of a rival clan, all in the name of creating the ultimate warrior bloodline. Koushi assumes this is ancient history until Momoko Kuzuryuu crashes into his life with the energy of a hurricane, declaring herself his bride and the strongest fighter on the planet. The problem is immediate. Momoko is aggressively forward, impossibly strong, and utterly committed to consummating their arrangement. Koushi, meanwhile, wants nothing to do with any of this. He's trying to study for exams, maintain his grades, and preserve his shot at a normal future. Instead, he gets daily battles with his unwanted fiancée, increasingly frantic escapes from her advances, and constant collateral damage that somehow never gets traced back to the girl demolishing the town around them. What unfolds is chaos wrapped in genuine affection, where violence and attraction become impossible to separate.
