Nobody takes this seriously, which is exactly why it works. They dream of becoming heroes themselves, but they keep falling out over silly things. Then they unexpectedly run into a beautiful princess being chased by the Nachos King Gang, and she takes the three of them for the heroic Sushi Ninja from the show. Thrilled, they start acting like their TV idols and decide to stand up to the enemies to protect her.
