Two kids from broken homes find each other in Osaka and build something real instead of falling apart. They don't become heroes or save anyone, they just become faster, tougher, and less alone by racing bikes with the only people who don't ask questions. This OVA treats girl delinquents like actual humans with reasons, not cautionary tales.

Mayumi's world fractures when her parents divorce, forcing her to start over in Osaka's grittiest neighborhoods. Adrift and alone, the fifteen-year-old crosses paths with Noriko, a girl who helps her find her footing in this unfamiliar place. Through Noriko's job at a petrol station, the pair get to know Big Bear and his biker gang, and Mayumi is drawn into the world of motorcycles. Before long the two girls form a racing gang of their own, the Eight Angels, only to find that the local male gangs resent this challenge on their turf. The result is a two-episode OVA about teenage girls claiming a place of their own in a rough biker scene.
