Two episodes, 1991, and it does not waste a second pretending Yokohama is anything but a war map carved up by biker gangs. What sticks is the setup: Hiromi Katayama runs the Crazy Babies at seventeen and is known across the whole Kanagawa alliance not just as a fighter but as one with a code, which in this genre is the rarer currency. Then Toshi Ikeda walks in wanting in, and the price is a month of not swinging back at anybody, which is the cruelest hazing anyone ever invented for a kid with something to prove. Every frame after that is a fuse. You spend the runtime waiting for the one moment Ikeda's hands stop obeying him. That is the whole appeal of bosozoku OVAs from this era, distilled: honor as a rule you can break in one bad second.

Yokohama's streets belong to the bikers. Hiromi Katayama, the 17-year-old leader of the Crazy Babies, is known across the Kanagawa alliance as a tough fighter with a firm moral code. When hot-headed rookie Toshi Ikeda asks to join, he swears to live by the gang's ideals and accepts a hard condition: no fighting at all during his first month on probation, or he loses his chance. Things go wrong when Toshi ends up in the middle of a brawl and, without meaning to, starts a feud between the Kanagawa gangs and the Dragon Star Crew, a dangerous group out of Nagoya with designs on all of Kanto. Now Katayama has to protect Yokohama from the invaders in this two-episode action OVA.
