Scamper is a penguin who loves exploring the untouched lands of Antarctica alongside his penguin friend Snowflake. The penguins have never seen a human until they meet a kindly scientist studying Antarctic life, and they soon take his puppy, Cowboy, into their circle of friends. Through these new companions they learn more about the wonders of their home. Not everything in their world is friendly, though: the penguins end up stranded far from home and fall into the hands of a gang of trappers. With luck and the brave Scamper leading the way, anything can happen in this three-episode family adventure.
