Six mischievous young mice turn their home upside down with rowdy games and dancing, ignoring their mother, and their parents scold them for the mess. Then the house cat, a black tom, staggers in after a night of drinking. He talks the mice into dancing for him, only to give them a fright by acting as if he means to bite them. A short musical film built around dance and mischief.
