Hiroshi's life takes an unexpected turn the day he trips over a stone while fighting his rival Gorillaimo and lands right on top of a frog. Against all odds, the tiny creature survives and gives himself a name: Pyonkichi. From there, the comedy builds its episodes around Pyonkichi and the people in his life, pairing its laughs with a warm, heartfelt streak.
