It hands you two minutes of Shirosaki and expects you to survive it, and somehow you keep clicking next. These are the bonus shorts tucked into the Kawai Complex Blu-rays, fourteen of them, built entirely around the one resident everyone in the boarding house wishes would move out. The 4-koma DNA is right there on the surface: setup, escalation, Usa's soul quietly leaving his body, cut to black before the joke can overstay. No arcs, no lessons, no attempt to make the pervert sympathetic, just a gag machine running at the exact length a gag should run. If you finished the main series and missed the specific texture of that house, the shared walls, the terrible neighbor you cannot escape, this is the refill. It is dumb on purpose and it knows exactly how dumb it is.

A set of 14 short comedy specials from 2014, adapted from the four-panel comic strips of Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou. The episodes were released as bonus content spread across the first seven Blu-ray and DVD volumes of The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior.
