Set in a country of fish, this Fantasy film imagines an underwater nation and the dangers its inhabitants face. Whales are one threat to this realm, but they are not the only one: other enemies exist as well. A single-episode feature, it offers a short fantastical look at life under the sea as seen from the side of the fish.
