SYNOPSIS
Chup is a human kid living on the edge of survival when a massive dragon named Flam pulls him back from the brink of death. But Flam's son Lenny sees this as a problem. Raised in a world of dragons and magic, Lenny carries a wound that won't heal: his twin brother was murdered by humans years ago, and that trauma has hardened into pure hatred for anything resembling the species responsible. Now Chup, a human, stands at the center of an impossible situation. He owes his life to Flam's mercy, yet exists in direct opposition to everything Lenny has become. The story becomes a collision between hope and despair, between a boy who might deserve a second chance and a dragon who can't forgive what humans have taken from him. Lenny's rage is real and justified, but so is Chup's will to survive. As these two circle each other in the presence of Flam, the question isn't just whether they can coexist, but whether understanding can ever bridge the gap between grief and innocence.
