A baby in a diaper solves government crises while her landlord screams outside. The jokes don't build, they just crash into you at random angles, and none of it makes sense until you stop expecting it to. Robodog malfunctions, a slug narrates, the President calls about something completely stupid, and somehow this 12-episode fever dream from 2000 still moves faster than your brain can process what you're watching.

A drooling, foul-mouthed baby named Milk-chan shares an apartment with an outdated robot called Tetsuko, a slug called Hanage, and an unruly pet known as Robodog. The household is six months late on rent, so they must keep dodging a nagging landlord. Whenever the President calls, Milk-chan and the gang hurry off to fix whatever problem comes up, from stopping a counterfeiter with a craving for Belgian waffles to giving counsel to a school of drunk fish. The result is a short sci-fi comedy with action mixed in.
